This is a guided meditation for protection. This practice will draw a light of safety around your entire body. Around your mind. Around your heart. A shield of security will encompass your total being. We call forth the protective forces of the universe. Intentionally, we will draw safekeeping towards us. We summon angels, high teachers, goddesses and gods to collectively stand guard.
For when you can’t let go of the hurt Meditation
We all experience painful interactions with others. Oftentimes the hurt feels all-consuming. What is needed is less thinking, and more Mantra. So we will chant Humee Hum Brahm Hum to reconnect with ourselves, first and foremost.
