I’ve created the following meditation because there have been times in my life when I really needed to hear something like this. The only thing I wanted to do was to lay down, get quiet, and listen to some soothing words. I didn’t want to do any yoga poses. I didn’t even want to stretch. I purely wanted to lay in Savasana and allow words of comfort to soothe me.
Since I could not find this, I decided to create it! This meditation is about 7 minutes long. Feel free to get comfy and lay down with a bunch of pillows and blankets. At the end, I always find it helpful to continue to remain quiet for a couple more moments, breath deeply and allow all that just happened to fully integrate.
